We designed and built their Shopify Plus store as part of a bigger brand evolution. Our job was to translate that rebrand into an ecommerce experience that felt powerful, purposeful, and built to perform as they scaled.

From the start, we focused on what PRIMAL customers needed most: the right information at the right time, guidance towards the best equipment for their goals, and a buying journey that feels supportive, not overwhelming. Key features like product bundling help customers build the perfect setup and real-time shipping messaging reduces purchase hesitation.
