STORY.

Marin Bikes are made for fun. Since launching the Madrone Trail in 1986, Marin has brought the joy of biking to riders worldwide – from bike parks to boardwalks. But behind the scenes, a fragmented digital setup spanning a CraftCMS website and five separate regional Shopify stores was creating inconsistent experiences for customers, team members and ambassadors alike, slowing global growth and limiting their ability to connect with their audience effectively.

We started with a deep Shopify discovery project to map out a smarter digital architecture: what to consolidate, which operational systems needed integrating, whether Shopify Plus was the right fit, and how to build something scalable and efficient to manage day-to-day. That groundwork shaped everything that followed.

With a clear path forward, we designed and built a single global Shopify store using Shopify Markets to support international growth from one backend. Accessibility was a core requirement throughout, not an afterthought. The result is a consistent, ADA and WCAG compliant customer experience across all territories that is unapologetically Marin.

Beyond the store, we supported in crafting a restructured product data management process, which means faster internal workflows and a future-ready foundation for accelerated growth.
