Sick of knowing the products we use to stay fresh actually stink for the planet, fussy developed a simple and natural alternative: a plastic-free, compostable case with all-natural and 100% vegan refills.
With Kickstarter buzz behind them and Dragonsā Den on the horizon, fussy needed a store that could launch fast, look the part, and make subscriptions feel like the easiest decision in the world. So we designed and built their very first Shopify store as the foundation of their go-to-market.
We created a custom subscription builder flow that guides customers through choosing their case, picking refills, and setting delivery frequency with complete clarity. To deliver an equal post-purchase experience, we also built a bespoke customer portal that makes managing scents, swaps, and upcoming orders quick and fuss-free, exactly how it should be.
The result was a bold, fast Shopify store that's built for positive impact and customer loyalty from day one.
